Test Fluid Temperature Control

Desired fluid temperature is set with cooling and heating units with 1 deg C precision.

Measurement System

Uses Two Tube Sizes	260 cm3 and 44 cm3.

Measurement console rotates 180 degrees around the slide.
Height adjustable by 25 cm up or down.
Can be rotated left or right.

High & Low Pressure Regulator

Multi-function design reduces unnecessary valves on the bench.
Allows precise adjustment from low to high pressure.
Provides the pressure needed to lift P-type pump valves.

Function Keys (F1-F7)

Streamline everyday operation.
Programmable for desired rpm values.
Settings remain stored when the PC is turned off.

DC Power Supply

Integrated supply delivers 12 V and 24 V for star pumps.

Drive System

Inverter-fed AC motor powers the motion system.
AC motor is directly coupled to the flywheel.
Runs quietly with minimal vibration.
Encoder on the motor provides precise speed and angle feedback.

Stroke Control

Programmable from 10 to 1000 strokes in steps of 10.
Stroke value adjusted via forward and reverse keys.
Can be cancelled after the start command if necessary.
Stroke counter counts down in single steps.

Angle Control

Displays 0.5 degree resolution from +360 to -360 degrees when the flywheel turns.
Allows angle zeroing at any desired position.

Emergency Stop

Safely stops the main motor in hazardous situations.
Dual-sided controls make it easy to reach.

Turbo Air System

Special air regulator delivers a steady 2.5 bar supply for air-assisted pumps.

Slide Features

One-piece slide with the motor mounted directly on it.
Rigid design eliminates coupling breakage, pump vibration and noise.
Slide is supported from the center and outer shoes.

Control System

Redesigned PC control interface provides a clean, user-friendly layout.
All bench functions can be operated via keyboard or mouse.
